BioChromatograph II is a integrated controller for liquid chromatography, which can handle pumping and mixing of 6 different liquids at most. This equipment controls electromagnetic valves and Perista Pumps to supply mixed solution to a column, acquires and displays UV absorption data of the eluate from a connected UV monitor. You can easily set up the chromatographic condition including eluent composition, eluting time, flow rate, etc. and view the current eluent compositon and chromatogram on the LC display. It can be used in gel filtration chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, and affinity chromatography in which multiple solutions have to be used.
